DSCOFF Racing

Terms of Use

Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms are the rules for the DSCOFF Racing game on iOS and Android. They apply when you install it, sign in, race, or buy something inside the game. They do not cover a visit to the marketing website.

The agreement

DSCOFF Racing is published by DSCOFF Inc. By installing the game, creating a guest or player account, or playing, you agree to these terms and to the game’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, delete the game and do not play. Apple’s or Google’s store terms still apply to the download itself.

The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, you may play and buy only with permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

The game

DSCOFF Racing is a free-to-play mobile racing game. You can race, collect cars, fit parts, and take part in career and live events. The planned public release is Q3 2026. Features, cars, races, and prices can change before and after launch.

Accounts

You may play as a guest or with an account. A display name is shown in races and on leaderboards. Guest names you leave blank are generated for you. You are responsible for the device and store account you use to play.

Keep access to your account to yourself. Tell us at services@dscoff.racing if you think someone else is using it.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and play the game for your own entertainment. You do not receive ownership of the game, its code, art, audio, cars, or data. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or exploit the game except where the law does not allow this restriction.

Virtual items and purchases

Credits, Gems, cars, parts, body kits, fuel, and other in-game items are licensed to you, not sold as property. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside the game, except where a store’s rules require otherwise.

Optional purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a receipt so we can credit Gems or other items. We do not receive your card number. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store’s policy.

Prices, contents of packs, and what an item does can change. We may also adjust balances to fix an error, reverse a failed or refunded purchase, or respond to abuse. Fuel refills bought with Gems are limited to one full refill per day.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, exploits, or modified clients.
• Interfere with the servers, other players, or the store.
• Use an offensive or misleading display name.
• Sell, trade, or advertise accounts or virtual items for money.
• Use the game to break the law.

Your name and messages

You keep whatever rights you have in a display name or a message you send to support. You give DSCOFF Inc. permission to store and display that name in the game, and to use support messages to answer you and to operate the service.

Intellectual property

DSCOFF, the game, and our logos are owned by DSCOFF Inc. or its licensors. Names and marks of real cars and other brands belong to their owners. Their appearance in the game does not mean those owners sponsor or endorse DSCOFF Racing.

Availability

The game is provided as available. Races, live events, accounts, and purchases can be interrupted by maintenance, store outages, or a change in the product. We may suspend or end the game, a mode, or an event.

Ending access

You can stop playing and delete the game at any time. To close the game account, email services@dscoff.racing with the display name and the store you used. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is harming other players or the game. Virtual items on a closed account are not paid out.

Disclaimers

The game is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted play, that a result or leaderboard place will stand, or that an item will keep a particular effect. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, and those limits apply to you where they must.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DSCOFF Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost virtual items, and our total liability related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for purchases in the three months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms inside the game and on this page. The date at the top will change. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply. If you do not accept them, stop playing and delete the game.
