Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026. This policy covers information the DSCOFF Racing game collects on your phone and on the game servers while you play. It does not cover a visit to the marketing website.

Who we are

DSCOFF Inc. publishes the game. Privacy requests about a game account go to services@dscoff.racing.

What the game collects

The game collects what it needs to run an account and a garage:

• An account identifier, and a display name you choose or that we generate for a guest.
• Gameplay progress: rank, experience, cars, parts, race results, fuel, Credits, Gems, and in-game settings.
• Purchase receipts from Apple or Google, so we can credit a pack. We do not receive your card number.
• A message you send us about the game account, if you write in yourself.
• Technical data the app sends so a race can start, such as app version and device type.

If a build of the game shows ads, the ad network may collect a device identifier under its own policy. The game does not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create and keep your garage, races, and leaderboard name.
• Credit purchases and prevent failed or repeated claims.
• Run career, daily tasks, and live events.
• Answer support requests and fix bugs.
• Detect cheating and protect the service.
• Meet accounting and store obligations for purchases.

Who we share it with

We share data with the services that operate the game: the Apple App Store or Google Play for purchases, and the hosting that stores accounts and race results. We also share information if the law requires it, or to protect players and the service. Display names and race results can be visible to other players on leaderboards.

How long we keep it

We keep account and gameplay data while the account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for refunds, disputes, and accounting. Support messages are kept long enough to resolve the request and to spot repeated issues. When you ask us to delete an account, we delete or detach the gameplay profile, except for records we must keep by law.

Your requests

You can ask us to:

• Send a copy of the profile and progress we hold for you.
• Correct a display name or a progress error.
• Delete the account and its garage.

Email services@dscoff.racing from the address you want us to use, and include the display name and the store (Apple or Google). We may ask for enough detail to make sure the request is yours. If you are in a region with extra privacy rights, those rights apply on top of this list.

Children

DSCOFF Racing is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly create a profile for a child under 13. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Where data is processed

Game servers may be outside the country where you play. We process data there to run the account, the races, and purchases.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Continued play after the update means the new policy applies.
